Framed concrete base Framed and sided well house Insulated interior, and installed vapour barrier Put up metal roof Plumbed underground water lines from well head, through 2 filters to the home Installed pressure tank in well house.

Took down old porch roof (which actually fell down as the siding was removed!) Totally re-built porch Roofer put torch-on roofing on top

Re-built large section of rotten floor beside sink Drywalled the walls Put up drapery rods and venetian blinds Installed baseboard moldings Boxed in the far-right corner beside the stove Replaced the plumbing under the sink, and under whole house Cabinet-maker made and installed kitchen cupboards	Kitchen Before

Replaced tub and surround, toilet and vanity. Replaced all the plumbing Installed moldings and towel rails Wallpapered below the new moldings. Installed new mirror over vanity, and repainted the other wall cabinet Replaced edge floor tiles, which, previously, did not reach the wall	Bathroom 1 Before
	Bathroom 1 Afterwards

Replaced tub, toilet and basin. Installed moldings and towel rails Wallpapered the walls. Built the step beside the bath-tub. Tiled the tub, tub-surround and the floor.

Installed click-lock flooring Put up drapery rods and venetian blinds Installed ceiling and baseboard moldings Wallpapered.

Installed pine floor Installed baseboard moldings Built the wall round the stair well
